Encourage your student to be up and moving for at least 60 minutes per day:
  • go on neighborhood walks
  • ride bikes or scooters
  • do GoNoodle online activities 
  • follow Joe Wicks on YouTube and do his 30 minute daily P.E. routine

Keep your spiritual life healthy by remembering to pray!
